1. Are your items authentic?
Yes — all our pieces are 100% authentic, carefully sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell replicas or fakes.
2. Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Dubai, UAE, and licensed by the Department of Economic Development (DED).
💳 Payment Options
3. Do you offer installment payments?
Yes! You can pay in installments through our LuxePay plan, available for 3 to 5 months depending on the item. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order, and the remaining balance is paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
4. Can I pay upon delivery?
We offer Pay Upon Delivery for jewelry items. A delivery fee is paid in advance to confirm your order. The remaining amount can be paid in cash or via bank transfer at the time of delivery.
5. Is the delivery fee refundable?
No — the delivery fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or incomplete payment.
6. Do you offer Tabby or Tamara as payment options?
No, we currently do not support Tabby or Tamara. For flexible payments, we offer LuxePay and Pay Upon Delivery (for eligible items).

7. How long does delivery take?
- Within UAE: 1–4 days

8. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video, photos, and your order number.
Compensation is not guaranteed and will be subject to our sole discretion based on the evidence provided.

9. Can I return or exchange my item?
All sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
