At My Shopping Finds, each item is carefully selected and handled with care. Please review the following terms before placing your order.

🛍 All Sales Are Final

Due to the exclusive nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened
  • Photos of the damaged item and outer packaging
  • Your order number and shipping label

❗Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after 48 hours may not qualify for compensation.

💳 LuxePay – Installment Payment Policy

We offer flexible installment options through our LuxePay plan. By selecting LuxePay, you agree to the following terms:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order. 
  • The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeline.
  • Orders will only be shipped after full payment is received.
  • If payment is not completed on time, the order will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
  • Any amount paid — including deposit, delivery fee, or partial payments — is non-refundable and non-transferable

🚫 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale, including:

  • Orders placed using LuxePay or pay-on-delivery 
  • Sale items, pre-orders, or special requests
  • Custom or personalized products

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

📌 Important Notes

  • To Confirm jewelry orders, delivery fees are required upfront and are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or incomplete payment
  • Any amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable to another order or person
  • By placing an order, you agree to all the above terms
